How to Create Your HelpKit Account

Creating Your HelpKit Account



Getting started with HelpKit takes less than 2 minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up



  • 1.Go to helpkit.in
  • 2.Click Get Started Free
  • 3.Enter your name, work email, and a strong password
  • 4.Click Create Account


  • Step 2: Verify Your Email



    Check your inbox for a verification email. Click the Verify Email button. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check spam or click Resend on the login screen.

    Step 3: Set Up Your Business Profile



    After verification, complete your profile:

  • Business Name — appears in your support center
  • Support Email — where customer replies go
  • Time Zone — for accurate analytics and SLA tracking


  • Step 4: Explore the Dashboard



    You'll land on the AI Command Center showing:

  • Ticket overview and resolution rates
  • AI auto-resolution performance
  • Knowledge base gap alerts


  • Account Types

    Tip: You can invite team members after setup from Settings → Team.
