Dashboard Overview



The HelpKit dashboard is your AI Command Center for managing customer support.

Key Sections



Hero Metrics (Top Row)
  • AI Auto-Resolution Rate — percentage of tickets resolved by AI without human intervention
  • Tickets Today — broken down by auto-resolved, human-resolved, and pending
  • Avg Response Time — compared to yesterday
  • Quality Score — AI confidence rating out of 100


  • Left Column
  • Recent Tickets — latest support requests with status badges
  • SLA At-Risk — tickets approaching their deadline


  • Right Column
  • KB Gap Alerts — topics customers ask about that aren't in your knowledge base
  • Resolution Trend — 7-day chart of AI-resolved tickets
  • Channel Breakdown — tickets by source (web, email, widget)




  • Use the sidebar to switch between:
  • Dashboard — AI Command Center
  • Tickets — view and manage your tickets
  • Knowledge Base — manage help articles
  • Settings — account and team configuration


  • Mobile Access



    The dashboard is fully responsive. On mobile, tap the hamburger menu (☰) to access navigation.
