The HelpKit dashboard is your AI Command Center for managing customer support.
Key Sections
Hero Metrics (Top Row)
•AI Auto-Resolution Rate — percentage of tickets resolved by AI without human intervention
•Tickets Today — broken down by auto-resolved, human-resolved, and pending
•Avg Response Time — compared to yesterday
•Quality Score — AI confidence rating out of 100
Left Column
•Recent Tickets — latest support requests with status badges
•SLA At-Risk — tickets approaching their deadline
Right Column
•KB Gap Alerts — topics customers ask about that aren't in your knowledge base
•Resolution Trend — 7-day chart of AI-resolved tickets
•Channel Breakdown — tickets by source (web, email, widget)
Navigation
Use the sidebar to switch between:
•Dashboard — AI Command Center
•Tickets — view and manage your tickets
•Knowledge Base — manage help articles
•Settings — account and team configuration
Mobile Access
The dashboard is fully responsive. On mobile, tap the hamburger menu (☰) to access navigation.
