Widget Quick Actions



Quick actions are preset buttons that appear in the chat widget, helping customers get answers with one click.

Setting Up Quick Actions



  • 1.Go to Admin → Widget Builder → Quick Actions
  • 2.Click + Add Action
  • 3.Enter:
  • - Label — button text (e.g., "Pricing Info") - Prompt — the question it triggers (e.g., "What are your pricing plans?")



    For most businesses:

  • Pricing — "What are your pricing plans?"
  • Getting Started — "How do I get started?"
  • Contact Support — "I need to talk to a human"
  • Account Help — "I need help with my account"


  • Best Practices



  • Keep labels short (2-3 words)
  • Limit to 3-4 quick actions (too many is overwhelming)
  • Test each action to ensure AI gives a good response
  • Update actions based on what customers ask most


  • Analytics



    Track quick action usage in Dashboard → Analytics:
  • Which actions are clicked most
  • Resolution rate per action
  • Helps you optimize button choices
