Setting Up White Label Branding
Make your support center look like it's built by you.
Step 1: Logo
•Go to Admin → White Label → Branding
•Upload your logo (recommended: 200x50px, PNG with transparent background)
•Logo appears in the header of your support center and in the chat widget
Step 2: Colors
Set your brand colors:
•Accent Color — used for buttons, links, and highlights
•Enter a hex code (e.g., #FF6B35) or use the color picker
Step 3: Text
Customize:
•Page Title — main heading of your support center
•Page Subtitle — description below the heading
•Support Email — shown as contact option
•Business Hours — displayed in the widget
•Bot Name — your AI assistant's name (e.g., "Support Bot")
•Welcome Message — first message in chat
•Quick Actions — preset question buttons
•Toggle Show Powered By off to remove HelpKit mention (Pro+)
•Customize the powered-by brand text if visible
Preview
All changes are previewed in real-time. Click Save when satisfied.
