Setting Up White Label Branding



Make your support center look like it's built by you.



  • Go to Admin → White Label → Branding
  • Upload your logo (recommended: 200x50px, PNG with transparent background)
  • Logo appears in the header of your support center and in the chat widget


  • Step 2: Colors



    Set your brand colors:
  • Accent Color — used for buttons, links, and highlights
  • Enter a hex code (e.g., #FF6B35) or use the color picker


  • Step 3: Text



    Customize:
  • Page Title — main heading of your support center
  • Page Subtitle — description below the heading
  • Support Email — shown as contact option
  • Business Hours — displayed in the widget


  • Step 4: Chat Widget



  • Bot Name — your AI assistant's name (e.g., "Support Bot")
  • Welcome Message — first message in chat
  • Quick Actions — preset question buttons




  • Toggle Show Powered By off to remove HelpKit mention (Pro+)
  • Customize the powered-by brand text if visible


  • Preview



    All changes are previewed in real-time. Click Save when satisfied.
