Pre-Launch Checklist

  • [ ] Business hours added
  • [ ] Chat widget customized
  • [ ] "Powered by" toggled off (if Pro+)
  • [ ] Custom domain verified and SSL active
  • [ ] At least 10 KB articles published


  • Going Live



  • 1.Add the chat widget embed code to your website
  • 2.Link to your support center from your website's header/footer
  • 3.Update any existing "Contact Support" links to point to your new URL
  • 4.Test the full flow: search → article → widget → ticket


  • Post-Launch



  • Monitor your dashboard for the first week
  • Watch for KB Gap Alerts (common questions without articles)
  • Check AI resolution rates daily
  • Gather feedback from your first customers


  • Announcing to Customers



    Consider:
  • In-app notification about the new support center
  • Email to existing customers
  • Update your website footer links
  • Add the widget to all customer-facing pages
