1.Add the chat widget embed code to your website
2.Link to your support center from your website's header/footer
3.Update any existing "Contact Support" links to point to your new URL
4.Test the full flow: search → article → widget → ticket

•Monitor your dashboard for the first week
•Watch for KB Gap Alerts (common questions without articles)
•Check AI resolution rates daily
•Gather feedback from your first customers
