Inviting Your Team



Add support agents so your team can manage tickets together.

How to Invite



  • 1.Go to Settings → Team
  • 2.Click + Invite Member
  • 3.Enter their email address
  • 4.Select a role:
  • - Agent — can view and reply to assigned tickets - Admin — full access to settings, analytics, and team management - Owner — complete control including billing

  • 5.Click Send Invite


  • The team member receives an email with a link to join. They'll create their password and land on the dashboard.

    Managing Roles



  • Agents see only tickets assigned to them (or their category)
  • Admins can reassign tickets and access all analytics
  • Only Owners can manage billing and delete the account


  • Team Size by Plan

    Tips



  • Assign categories to agents so tickets auto-route to the right person
  • Use the Agent Performance dashboard to track response times
  • Agents can set their status to Available or Away
