Inviting Your Team
Add support agents so your team can manage tickets together.
How to Invite
1.Go to Settings → Team
2.Click + Invite Member
3.Enter their email address
4.Select a role:
- Agent — can view and reply to assigned tickets
- Admin — full access to settings, analytics, and team management
- Owner — complete control including billing
5.Click Send Invite
The team member receives an email with a link to join. They'll create their password and land on the dashboard.
Managing Roles
•Agents see only tickets assigned to them (or their category)
•Admins can reassign tickets and access all analytics
•Only Owners can manage billing and delete the account
Team Size by Plan

Tips
•Assign categories to agents so tickets auto-route to the right person
•Use the Agent Performance dashboard to track response times
•Agents can set their status to Available or Away
