Export your support data for reporting, sharing, or deeper analysis.

What You Can Export



  • Tickets — full ticket list with all fields

  • How to Export



  • 1.Go to Admin → Analytics
  • 2.Select the report type
  • 3.Set your date range and filters
  • 4.Click Export CSV
  • 5.File downloads to your computer


  • CSV Format



    Exported files include:
  • Headers in the first row
  • One row per record
  • Date fields in ISO format
  • UTF-8 encoding
